Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan literasi SAGUPRENEUR pada pelaku usaha sagu asli Mama Papua di Kota dan Kabupaten Jayapura melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama Januari hingga Maret 2026 dengan melibatkan 13 pelaku usaha sebagai mitra aktif dalam seluruh tahapan pemberdayaan, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara semi-terstruktur, serta dokumentasi kegiatan, yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan triangulasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam tiga aspek utama, yaitu: (1) diferensiasi produk berbasis sagu melalui inovasi produk dan pengemasan yang lebih kompetitif, (2) penguatan legalitas usaha melalui penerbitan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan pendaftaran hak merek dagang, serta (3) penerapan laporan keuangan sederhana berbasis aplikasi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan usaha. Selain itu, program ini juga meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam perencanaan usaha, manajemen produksi, dan pemasaran digital. Dampak dari kegiatan ini terlihat pada peningkatan penjualan sebesar 20–35% serta perluasan jaringan pemasaran, baik secara konvensional maupun digital. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan literasi kewirausahaan berbasis kearifan lokal melalui pendekatan partisipatif mampu menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas, produktivitas, dan keberlanjutan usaha sagu. Pendekatan SAGUPRENEUR tidak hanya memperkuat aspek ekonomi, tetapi juga mendukung pelestarian nilai-nilai lokal dalam pengembangan usaha masyarakat adat.
