Abstract
Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat pesisir melalui pendekatan terpadu yang mencakup penguatan manajemen usaha, penyuluhan hukum, dan peningkatan kesehatan lingkungan di Desa Sei Siarti, Kecamatan Panai Tengah, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan dan penyuluhan, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan usaha rumah tangga, khususnya melalui pelatihan produksi sabun cuci piring ramah lingkungan berbahan alami. Selain itu, penyuluhan hukum meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap legalitas usaha dan perlindungan konsumen, yang ditandai dengan terbentuknya kelompok “Sadar Hukum Desa”. Pada aspek kesehatan lingkungan, kegiatan edukasi sanitasi dan kebersihan lingkungan memberikan dampak positif terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat masyarakat. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa produk usaha ramah lingkungan, modul pelatihan, dokumentasi kegiatan, serta artikel ilmiah pada jurnal pengabdian masyarakat. Pendekatan terpadu yang diterapkan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian masyarakat pesisir secara berkelanjutan.
