Abstract

Permasalahan Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) pada pengiriman obat-obatan dan alat Kesehatan dari supplier yang menggunakan transportasi umum sering menjadi penyebab terjadinya kerusakan beberapa jenis obat-obatan yang berbotol dan keterlambatan pengiriman obat-obatan dan alat kesehatan dari supplier. Begitu pula dengan pemalsuan obat-obatan dan alat kesehatan pada perusahaan kesehatan dan instansi layanan kesehatan yang sering terjadi akibat mitigasi resiko yang kurang tepat oleh pihak supplier, distributor, manufacture maupun customer membuat banyak sekali hambatan dalam mengidentifikasi pemalsuan rantai pasokan layanan kesehatan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan survey dari perusahaan kesehatan dan instansi layanan kesehatan yang diolah menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil pada penelitian ini, perlu adanya faktor peningkatan orientasi, mitigasi, integrasi, rantai pasokan layanan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kinerja logistik dan kinerja organisasi dalam mengurangi hambatan pemalsuan obat-obatan dan alat kesehatan.
