Abstract
Permasalahan sampah plastik menjadi isu yang tidak akan pernah selesai dibahas, Manajemen proyek merupakan salah satu strategi terpenting yang sudah seharusnya diterapkan pada proyek-proyek yang hendak dikerjakan, yang berfungsi dan bertujuan untuk mencapai tingkat efisiensi yang tinggi sehingga suatu perusahaan dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan-pekerjaannya secara baik dan efektif. Meningkatkan tingkat efisiensi dan kinerja perusahaan dengan memaksimalkan potensi-potensi berkualitas yang dimiliki oleh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dari sebuah perusahaan, agar dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan-pekerjaan secara optimal sehingga suatu proyek dapat direalisasikan dengan baik. Tujuan awal dibentuknya bisnis usaha tas serut “Remi Bag” yaitu untuk mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik yang berada di lingkungan sekitar. Produk ini dapat membantu mengurangi jumlah penghasilan sampah plastik dengan memanfaatkan karung beras untuk dijadikan menjadi tas serut yang bermanfaat, menarik, unik , dan berbeda dari produk-produk lain.
