Tahapan dalam manajemen proyek berperan penting terhadap keberhasilan proyek. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam sebuah proyek adalah ketidaksesuaian antara perencanaan dan pelaksaanaan.  Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh tahapan dalam manajemen proyek terhadap keberhasilan proyek bisnis Es Krim Mochi Kulit Buah Naga yang mendukung program keberlanjutan dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas lingkungan. Pelaksanaan dimulai dengan survei terhadap produk yang ditawarkan yang diikuti dengan  pembagian struktur organisasi untuk mempermudah pengaturan ruang lingkup proyek. Perhitungan biaya yang memperkirakan estimasi pengeluaran dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Memperkirakan penjadwalan waktu proyek dengan metode critical path. Untuk mencapai kegiatan yang terencana dan bermutu adanya kebijakan yang memperhatikan kualitas proyek. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dengan mencapai komunikasi yang efektif dalam rangka mengidentifikasi risiko yang akan dihadapi beserta solusinya.

Abstract


The stages in project management play an important role in the success of the project. The problem that often occurs in a project is the mismatch between planning and implementation.  The purpose of this research is to determine the level of influence of the stages in project management on the success of the Dragon Fruit Skin Mochi Ice Cream business project that supports sustainability programs in order to improve environmental quality. Implementation begins with a survey of the products offered followed by the division of the organizational structure to facilitate the arrangement of the project scope. Cost calculation that estimated the expenditure in project implementation. Estimating project time scheduling with the critical path method. To achieve planned and quality activities there is a policy that pays attention to project quality. Human resource management by achieving effective communication in order to identify the risks that will be faced along with the solution.
