Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Sistim Informasi Keuangan Terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Rumah Sakit Dr Tadjuddin Chalid di Makassar Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif Jumlah responden yang diberikan angket kuisioner kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sistem informasi keuangan daerah dan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan sebanyak 30 responden. Data dianalisis melalui tahap menyajikan data dalam bentuk tabel ataupun tabel distribusi frekuensi, metode analisis uji regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a) Kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pengelolaan keuangan Rumah Sakit Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid di Makassar yang didukung oleh indikator pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap yang dimiliki oleh karyawan/pegawai b) system informasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pengelolan keuangan rumah sakit Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid di Makassar yang didukung dengan indikator relevan, andal, dapat dibandingkan dan dapat di pahami.
