Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor kunci dalam mendukung efektivitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik, khususnya pada instansi pemerintah daerah. Kinerja tersebut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal, di antaranya kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Gorontalo, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus/sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja serta pengelolaan stres kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Pihak manajemen diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, memberikan penghargaan yang adil, serta mengelola beban kerja secara proporsional guna meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan.
