Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Dampak Organizational trust, Kepemimpinan, Dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Studi Kasus pada Gudang Main Dealer Menara Agung Kota Padang). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi adalah Karyawan Gudang Main Dealer Menara Agung Kota Padang, sebanyak 67 responden dan sampelnya 67 responden, Teknik penggambilan sampel adalah Teknik total sampling dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dampak Organizational trust, tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Studi Kasus pada Gudang Main Dealer Menara Agung Kota Padang, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Studi Kasus pada Gudang Main Dealer Menara Agung Kota Padang, Dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Studi Kasus pada Gudang Main Dealer Menara Agung Kota Padang.
