Abstract
Ketertinggalan perempuan pelaku UMKM dalam adopsi teknologi digital menghambat daya saing bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi informal (learning by doing) yang digunakan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan literasi digital, dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 40 jurnal bereputasi (2019–2024). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 89% perempuan wirausaha mengandalkan eksperimen mandiri dan peer learning untuk menguasai media sosial, yang ternyata lebih efektif daripada pelatihan formal dalam konteks sumber daya terbatas. Temuan ini memperkaya teori Resource-Based View dengan menegaskan keterampilan informal sebagai aset kompetitif, sekaligus merekomendasikan program pelatihan berbasis komunitas sebagai solusi berkelanjutan.
