Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Indo Retail Abadi di Grand Toserba Makassar. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh sistem kompensasi yang kurang memadai dan tingkat disiplin kerja yang belum optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dengan demikian, peningkatan sistem kompensasi yang adil dan konsisten serta penegakan disiplin kerja yang tegas dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merancang kebijakan sumber daya manusia yang lebih produktif.
