Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi operasional dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi employee engagement. Dalam era digital, media sosial tidak hanya digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi eksternal tetapi juga memainkan peran penting dalam internalisasi informasi dan kolaborasi antar karyawan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 150 responden yang bekerja di sektor swasta dengan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi operasional, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui employee engagement. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mengarah pada pentingnya integrasi media sosial dalam lingkungan kerja untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dan efektivitas sistem informasi.
