Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas dan struktur modal terhadap harga saham. Profitabilitas diukur dengan Return on Equity (ROE), Likuiditas diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR), dan Struktur modal diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Harga saham digunakan sebagai variabel dependen dan diukur berdasarkan harga penutupan tahunan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 6 sampel perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan, laporan keberlanjutan, dan harga saham perusahaan kelapa sawit di bursa efek indonesia selama periode 2020-2024 dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sementara likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Struktur modal menunjukkan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.
