Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan pemerintah dalam mendorong penerapan green economy di sektor industri di Indonesia. Green economy menjadi pendekatan strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan iklim, degradasi lingkungan, dan krisis sumber daya alam, dengan menyeimbangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, perlindungan lingkungan, dan keadilan sosial. Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan seperti insentif pajak hijau, peraturan efisiensi energi, dan standar emisi industri untuk mendukung transisi ini. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan tersebut masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan kapasitas industri, kesenjangan regulasi, serta rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis kebijakan berbasis model evaluasi konteks, input, proses, dan hasil (CIPP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat kemajuan dalam kerangka regulasi dan dukungan fiskal, tingkat adopsi green economy di sektor industri masih belum merata dan cenderung lebih tinggi pada perusahaan besar dibandingkan UMKM. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan koordinasi antar lembaga, peningkatan kapasitas teknis industri, serta integrasi prinsip ekonomi hijau dalam perizinan dan pengawasan industri sebagai langkah strategis untuk mempercepat transformasi menuju industri berkelanjutan.
