Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan hedonisme terhadap minat beli produk Maybelline New York di kalangan generasi Z di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software SPSS, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih dengan melalui teknik Purposive Random Sampling, dan disebarkan menggunakan Google Form. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), dan Hedonisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk Maybelline New York di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Medan. Berdasarkan Uji Simultan (Uji F), Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), dan Hedonisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama–sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli produk Maybelline New York di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Medan. Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,472 yang berarti 47,2% minat beli dapat meningkat oleh Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan Hedonisme.
