Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkunan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Hal ini sering dilakukan bila jumlah populasi relatif kecil atau peneletian yang membuat generalisasi dengan kesalahan yang sangat kecil. Jadi jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor PT Fajar Makassar Grafika yakni 55 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh data yang relevan dan akurat dengan masalah penelitian. Metode pengambilan data tersebut adalah dikumentasi, pengamatan, penggunaan kuesioner, dan wawancara. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari tanggapan responden tentang motivasi, tanggapan responden tentang lingkungan kerja, tanggapan responden tentang produktivitas, dan gambaran umum PT. FAJAR MAKASSAR GRAFIKA. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis regresi nampak bahwa motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sedangkan dari hasil pengujian pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa secara persial motivasi dan lingkungan kerja.
