Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran pengalaman kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di berbagai sektor industri. Melalui pendekatan literatur review sistematis, penelitian ini meninjau dan menganalisis studi-studi terkini (dalam lima tahun terakhir) yang membahas bagaimana berbagai jenis pengalaman kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor kontekstual seperti budaya organisasi dan dinamika industri. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan identifikasi, seleksi, dan sintesis kritis terhadap 20 artikel ilmiah yang relevan, menggunakan kerangka PRISMA untuk memastikan keterandalan dan validitas data yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja yang bervariasi dan mendalam memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan adaptasi, inovasi, dan penyelesaian masalah karyawan. Selain itu, pengalaman kerja juga ditemukan sebagai mediator dan moderator yang memengaruhi hubungan antara variabel lain, seperti keterlibatan dan stres kerja, dengan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi harus merancang strategi pengalaman kerja yang lebih komprehensif dan adaptif untuk memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memperluas literatur yang ada dengan menawarkan wawasan baru mengenai jenis-jenis pengalaman kerja yang efektif dan peran mediasi serta moderasi dalam dinamika kinerja karyawan. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi konteks sektor-sektor baru dan situasi krisis untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang dinamika pengalaman kerja.
