Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak kemajuan teknologi dan penggunaan alat modern terhadap produktivitas karyawan melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis. Pendekatan ini dipilih untuk mengeksplorasi secara kritis bagaimana teknologi seperti perangkat lunak manajemen proyek, CRM, platform kolaborasi, dan alat analitik mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan mencari dan menganalisis studi relevan yang diterbitkan dalam lima tahun terakhir dari berbagai database akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi modern secara umum memiliki dampak positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi tugas. Namun, dampak ini juga dapat bersifat negatif jika teknologi digunakan secara berlebihan atau tidak tepat, yang dapat menyebabkan kelelahan digital dan resistensi karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup kebutuhan bagi organisasi untuk mempertimbangkan strategi adopsi teknologi yang mencakup pelatihan karyawan, dukungan manajemen, dan penyesuaian teknologi dengan kebutuhan spesifik. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian terkait dampak jangka panjang teknologi dan faktor kontekstual yang mempengaruhi penerimaan teknologi di berbagai sektor, yang memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memberikan panduan yang lebih komprehensif dan strategis bagi pengembangan teknologi di tempat kerja.
