Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan inovatif yang efektif dalam konteks tenaga kerja pasca-pandemi. Menggunakan pendekatan literatur review sistematis, studi ini meninjau literatur terbaru dari lima tahun terakhir untuk mengidentifikasi keterampilan kunci dan strategi kepemimpinan yang relevan. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai database akademik terkemuka, dengan fokus pada artikel yang membahas keterampilan digital, kecerdasan emosional, kepemimpinan gesit, dan inklusivitas. Analisis tematik dan sintesis naratif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tema utama dan pola dalam literatur yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan digital dan kecerdasan emosional sangat penting untuk pemimpin dalam menghadapi tantangan pasca-pandemi, sementara pendekatan kepemimpinan gesit memungkinkan respons cepat terhadap perubahan. Selain itu, keterampilan seperti pemikiran kritis dan adaptabilitas juga diidentifikasi sebagai komponen penting dari kepemimpinan inovatif. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup rekomendasi praktis untuk organisasi dalam mengembangkan program pelatihan kepemimpinan yang lebih komprehensif dan inklusif. Secara teoretis, studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori kepemimpinan dengan menekankan pentingnya pendekatan multidisiplin dan lintas budaya. Penelitian di masa depan disarankan untuk lebih mengeksplorasi implementasi praktis dan pengaruh faktor budaya dalam strategi kepemimpinan inovatif.
