Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi dalam berbagai industri melalui literatur review sistematis. Kompetensi karyawan, yang meliputi keterampilan teknis, soft skills, dan kemampuan adaptif, terbukti memengaruhi produktivitas, inovasi, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Meskipun banyak studi membahas hubungan ini, masih ada kesenjangan literatur, terutama dalam konteks lintas industri dan integrasi teori. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis studi terbaru (lima tahun terakhir) yang relevan. Proses ini mencakup seleksi studi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi-eksklusi, penilaian kualitas metodologis, dan sintesis data naratif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi karyawan berdampak positif signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, dengan kompetensi teknis, keterampilan interpersonal, dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan organisasi. Implikasi temuan ini menekankan pentingnya program pengembangan kompetensi yang disesuaikan dan penggunaan teknologi untuk pembelajaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi kebutuhan studi longitudinal untuk memahami perkembangan kompetensi karyawan dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap literatur dan menawarkan panduan berharga untuk praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih baik.
