Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dengan perspektif psikologis dan dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan serta kinerja organisasi. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, penelitian ini meninjau literatur terkini untuk mengidentifikasi tren, teori yang mendasari, dan kesenjangan dalam penelitian terkait. Data dikumpulkan melalui pencarian literatur komprehensif di berbagai basis data akademik dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik pengkodean tematik dan analisis naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi elemen psikologis seperti motivasi, keterlibatan, dan kesejahteraan mental dalam strategi MSDM dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, retensi karyawan, dan reputasi organisasi. Organisasi yang mengadopsi pendekatan ini lebih mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kesehatan mental karyawan. Temuan ini juga menyoroti pentingnya penggunaan teknologi dan data analitik untuk memantau kesejahteraan karyawan secara efektif. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup pentingnya pengembangan program kesejahteraan karyawan yang holistik dan berbasis bukti. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkuat konsep bahwa elemen psikologis memainkan peran kunci dalam strategi MSDM. Keterbatasan penelitian mencakup kurangnya studi kuantitatif mendalam, sehingga direkomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengeksplorasi relevansi pendekatan ini di berbagai konteks budaya dan sektor industri.
