Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja Karyawan. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 pegawai yang ada pada PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan Teknik Kuisioner dan Dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data (uji validitas dan uji reabilitas), uji analisis deskriptif Kuantitatif, uji hipotesis (uji f, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja secara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama atau secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor
