Abstract

This exploration intends to determine the impact of character, work direction and representative arrangement to some extent and all the while on representative execution at the Madya Dua Medan Assessment Administration Office. The exploration was led at the Madya Dua Medan Duty Administration Office Jalan Sukamulia No.17 A, North Sumatra DJP Provincial Place of Business I Floor 3, A U R, Medan Maimun Locale, Medan City, North Sumatra Territory, postal code 20151, with a populace of 117 individuals and the examination test involving upwards of 54 individuals. Information assortment was completed through meetings, polls and documentation. Using version 24 of the IMB Statistics for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program, multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. In view of the consequences of the examination, it was found that character meaningfully affected the presentation of the representatives of the Medan Two Halfway Duty Administration Office. This was upheld by the consequences of the t count < t-table examination (4.033 > 2.009) at n = 54 at an importance level of 95%. Work direction affects the presentation of the Medan Two Moderate Expense Administration Office representatives; this is upheld by the determined t < t-table examination (0.676 < 2.009) at n = 54 at an importance level of 95%. The worker situation significantly affects the presentation of the Medan Two Moderate Expense Administration Office representatives; this is upheld by the examination of t count > t-table (3.622 > 2.009) at n = 54 with an importance level of 95%. The F-count esteem > F table (37.908 > 2.79) expresses that together (various) there is a positive and critical impact of character, work direction and representative situation on the presentation of the Medan Dua Moderate Duty Administration Office representatives.
