Abstract

Realitas kondisi masyarakat, masih diwarnai dan terbelenggu problem klasik sosial seperti tingkat kesejahteraan sosial yang terjadi diberbagai daerah perkotaan serta pedesaan. Pemberdayaan dalam hal ini dimaknai sebagai kemampuan dan keterampilan melakukan pekerjaan, selanjutnya sumber daya alam dengan makna sebagai bahan baku. Perpaduan kedua faktor menghasilkan suatu produk bernilai jual selanjutnya menjadi sumber peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menjelaskan kebijakan ekonomi kreatif meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial di Kelurahan Panrannuangku Kecamatan Polombangkeng Utara Kabupaten Takalar. Metode penelitian kulalitatif deskriptif, pendekatan yang digunakan fenomenologis dengan maksud memberikan deskripsi secara sistematis, faktual dan aktual terhadap obyek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebijakan ekonomi kreatif, solusi optimal, strategis, dan visible dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial. Namun, implementasi pengembangan kebijakan ekonomi kreatif kurang terintegrasi dengan program kelurahan.
