Abstract

Masyarakat pesisir di Kabupaten Bantaeng, khususnya anak-anak, remaja, dan petani rumput laut, menghadapi tantangan kesehatan yang nyata. Anak-anak masih terkendala keterbatasan akses layanan dasar, remaja memiliki literasi rendah terkait penyakit menular seksual dan perawatan kulit, sementara petani rumput laut rentan terhadap penyakit kulit akibat pekerjaan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan solusi yang terintegrasi guna meningkatkan kesehatan kelompok rentan tersebut sekaligus memperkuat peran institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam pelayanan masyarakat. Departemen Dermatologi, Venereologi, dan Estetika FK Universitas Hasanuddin melaksanakan empat intervensi utama: (1) sirkumsisi massal untuk 52 anak SD, (2) chemical peeling wajah untuk 38 remaja dengan jerawat/hiperpigmentasi, (3) penyuluhan kesehatan bagi 126 peserta tentang PMS, skabies, tumor kulit, dan kesehatan reproduksi, serta (4) pemeriksaan dan pengobatan 64 petani rumput laut dengan keluhan dermatitis, infeksi jamur, dan eksim. Program melibatkan 280 penerima manfaat langsung. Evaluasi pre–post test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 45,2%. Peserta sirkumsisi puas dengan pelayanan tanpa komplikasi serius, sementara remaja memperoleh perbaikan klinis awal pasca peeling. Petani rumput laut melaporkan berkurangnya gejala pruritus dan inflamasi dalam dua minggu. Intervensi multidisiplin ini berdampak promotif, preventif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif, sekaligus memperkuat peran perguruan tinggi sebagai motor penggerak pengabdian berbasis kebutuhan lokal.
