Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Self-Leadership terhadap kinerja mahasiswa pekerja melalui Employee Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa Universitas Tanjungpura. Mahasiswa yang menjalani peran ganda sebagai pelajar dan pekerja menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan kinerja akademik maupun pekerjaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 100 mahasiswa aktif yang kuliah sambil bekerja. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work-Life Balance dan Self-Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement serta kinerja mahasiswa pekerja. Employee Engagement juga memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara Work-Life Balance dan Self-Leadership terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya keseimbangan peran dan kemampuan mengelola diri dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan serta kinerja mahasiswa pekerja yang menjalani peran ganda secara berkelanjutan.
