Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi dari: (1) Work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Peran moderator stres kerja terhadap pengaruh Work life balance dan kepuasan kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik angket (kuesioner) sebagai teknik utama pengumpulan data. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai di UPT Puskesmas Kecamatan Unter Iwes, Kerato, Sumbawa, yang didominasi oleh pegawai perempuan (92 dari 109 total pegawai). Alat analisis data menggunakan analisis SMART PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Work life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Stres Kerja tidak memoderator pengaruh Work life balance terhadap Kepuasan Kerja
