Abstract

Manajemen operasional merupakan hal yang penting dalam sebuah perusahaan baik dalam kondisi normal maupun dalam kondisi terjadinya wabah covid-19 yang menimpa seluruh dunia, hal ini karena melakukan manajemen operasional dapat melakukan perencanaan, pengendalian, dan koordinasi terhadap suatu produk yang diciptakan oleh sebuah perusahaan. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan dalam mengetahui penerapan manajemen operasional pada perusahaan Unilever dalam waktu sebelum, selama, dan setelah masa pandemi covid-19. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa unilever telah melakukan penerapan operasional dengan baik, terbukti bahwa perusahaan dapat berbagai strategi untuk menciptakan keberlangsungan produk yang dapat dikonsumsi oleh pelanggan seperti penerapan projek manajemen, managing quality, CSR dan strategi lainnya. Hal ini dapat menjadi penerapan operasional yang baik bagi perusahaan karena telah merancang teknologi untuk menciptakan produk namun dengan biaya yang relatif rendah.
